Consultant

General Purpose
A leadership position working across key areas of the organization. Position will complement and enhance
existing staff/resources and enable further expansion of the ministry.

Duties and Responsibilities
 Consult with new and existing Kids Club/X Club teams and their leaders through team building,
strategic planning, team training and team support on site at club.
 Co-lead Kids Club/X Club workshops and training throughout the year.
 Assist in e-mail and written communication with staff, team leaders and volunteers.
 Accurately track each Kids Club/X Club, volunteer staff, and school and district approvals and
guidelines.
 Participate in staff meetings.
Qualifications
 Proven leadership skills.
 Ability to work independently.
 Skilled in building relationships with volunteers, team leaders, pastors and principals.
 Effective oral and written communication skills.
 Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
 Software experience in Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher and Google Workspace preferred.
 Experience in child or youth ministry and/or Kids Clubs/X Clubs preferred.
 College degree preferred.
 Creative problem solving skills.
 Agree to Statement of Faith of Kids Club Consultants, Inc.
Salary/Compensation
This position is 15 – 35 hours a week. Salary is commensurate with education and experience.

Kids Club Consultants is a religious non- profit corporation begun in 2005. Pre-covid, it was consulting with churches sponsoring 71 Kids Clubs and/or X Clubs after school on public elementary and middle school
campuses, with approximately 3,200 students involved this year.
