Position Summary
Facilitate the mission and vision of Rancho Murieta Community Church through pastoral leadership and oversight of the ministries.
III. Responsibilities
•Execute the mission, vision, and strategy of RMCC under direction of the Lead Pastor.
•Participate as a member of the Governing Board to seek God’s will, direction, and protection for the church.
•Oversee staff and key ministry leaders (Care, Women, Men, etc.), creating a culture of empowering and mobilizing God’s people to serve within his church and the community.
•Champion Growth Groups as our primary discipleship environment with the goal that 60% or more of weekend attendance participating in a Growth Group.
•Manage church finances and facilities (including annual budget, alignment with financial policies and procedures, giving campaigns and building projects).
•Miscellaneous administrative tasks as requested.

•Supervises: RMCC Staff and Volunteers
•Hiring Process: Lead Pastor
V. Minimum Job Requirements
Education
•Meet the biblical standards set forth in 1 Timothy 3:2-7; Titus 1:6-9; 1 Peter 5:2-3.
•Bachelor’s Degree & Seminary (or related advanced degree) preferred
Experience
•Doctrinal alignment with RMCC as well as Christian & Missionary Alliance
•5 years vocational ministry or organizational leadership
•Teaching and discipleship/Management/Supervisory Experience
•Significant experience of leading teams in church or business context
Skills
•Strong team building and administrative abilities
•Excellent oral and written skills
•Ability to manage and effectively lead staff and volunteers
•A high capacity in teaching and interpersonal communication
•Working knowledge of standard office systems and equipment
