Position Qualifications:
The missionary pastor should have a heart for evangelism and possess enough formal and/or practical education and training to be able to initiate ministry and lead a church in a rural setting. Internships are available.
Rocky Mountain Bible Missionaries serve in varying contexts, each having their unique needs and focus. The missionary pastor needs to be flexible, accommodating and understanding of how to minister the Gospel in often isolated situations. Ministry is servant based and practical in nature. A love for people is crucial. Often outside support or part time employment is necessary. RMBM presently has about 28 churches and 3 camps in its family of ministries.
