We are actively seeking Campus Planter Residents who seek to join our staff to launch new campuses in the Tampa Bay area. Position Overview
Bell Shoals is presently recruiting Campus Planter Residents to come alongside us in fulfilling our 2030 vision to plant five campuses in the Tampa Bay area in the next six years.
At Bell Shoals, you will be joining a team with extensive experience in campus planting. As a resident, we will equip you for eighteen months in preparation to be sent out with a team to reach the unreached with the gospel of Jesus Christ. In partnership and cooperation with the SEND Network of the SBC, we seek to equip men to join our Campus Pastor Team to plant campuses, preach weekly, lead a campus and to be part of a mission and movement that is changing the world.
Ideal Candidate
We are seeking Campus Planting Residents who embodies a calling to the gospel and demonstrates a strong desire to see individuals receive Christ and grow in their faith. Previous pastoring or planting experience is a plus but it is not necessary. We will train you. We prefer a minimum of an M.Div degree from an accredited seminary but also will consider those who are completing their degree. The ideal candidate will exhibit an exceptional work ethic, a desire to learn and be dedicated to the ministry, coupled with an infectious personality and positive attitude.
