Community Church of Ephrata is seeking an additional ordained pastor to support the shepherd leadership of the Lead Pastor and Church Session. The right candidate will be ready for all aspects of day-to-day ministry in a medium-sized, multi-generational church. Our Assistant pastor will have ample opportunities in the pulpit, classroom and meeting room to learn to become an excellent shepherd-leader.
