Lead the church as one of multiple elders, serve faithfully and regularly in the pulpit (currently 2 services) through expository messages, lead the pastoral and administrative staff, carry out typical ministry responsibilities (weddings, funerals, baby dedications, baptisms, Lord's table), lead by example in hospital and home visitation, and help the body live out the faith in community involvement and appropriate fellowship with other churches in town.
We are looking for a pastor who has completed his seminary degree, has five years experience in a lead pastor role, some administrative experience with leading a multi-staff church, and a philosophy of ministry built around Ephesians 4:12 (to equip the body to do the work of the ministry).
