Senior Pastor

Tri-City Baptist Church is an elder led church. The Pastor is considered a member of that group. His primary duties include but are not limited to:
1) Teaching / Preaching
2) Evangelical Outreach
3) Youth Programs
4) Church Fellowship
5) Visitation

We are seeking a person that is:
1) Is absolutely dedicated to the word and will of God
2) Is knowledgeable and well educated in the Bible
3) Is a loving, caring person, with a servant's heart for people
4) Is an excellent speaker and communicator
5) A leader with a clear vision for the future
6) Is a motivator who can organize and activate church members
7) Has some quality previous experience as a pastor
8) A man who can delegate tasks needed in the church
9) Is visible and active in the community
