Part time pulpit fill to substitute for teaching elder

Information concerning the Job requirements: We are looking for an individual who can provide a once a month pulpit fill; who is able to focus on OT Studies, Intertestamental/2nd Temple Judaism, or Scripture as Literature. Someone who is exploring the intertextuality of Scripture - or the current evangelical understanding of scriptures with the impact of Jewish spirituality on its interpretation. One who would like an opportunity to practice translating their studies into a relatable and impactive messages. One who can interface the old testament scriptures with new testament scriptures.
The per diem is based on educational and experiential practice. The basic financial remuneration is set by the elders within this outline; (1) $300.oo per pulpit message for an individual who has preached professionally, & has a degreed. It would be helpful if this individual would be willing to be obligated to KHM for future pulpit fills. (2)
$250.oo for an individual who has experience in between the first and third category. A professional who is accomplished in message delivery, & has some educational background. (3) $200.oo is for a bible collage student working toward mastering the ability to preach.
