New Life Community is seeking a highly relational Lead Pastor to expand community outreach and service within the ethnically diverse city of Dinuba, located within the family-friendly agricultural region of Central California. The caring and others-centered church is committed to ministering to the hurting, broken, and disadvantaged, while also maintaining evangelical biblical commitments.

The ministry is looking for a committed family man, who will simultaneously hold to the confession of faith, while also actively welcoming and caring for people from all sorts of cultural and economical backgrounds. The region is the ideal context for a ministry leader who is committed to the bible, but who also follows the call to personally love and serve and meet the needs of individuals with extraordinarily complex lives.
