The Men’s Community Life Pastor serves program participants by building a foundation of biblical literacy in their lives through relationally-rooted evangelism and by intentionally cultivating a discipleship atmosphere at The Harbor. This position operates as part of the Community Life Team leading the Spiritual Formation aspects of The Harbor. The Community Life Pastor collaborates with other staff, interns, and volunteers in leading our program participants to growth in Christ through a variety of activities, groups, classes, meetings, and retreats.
