1. Shepherding
a. He shall shepherd and lead the congregation, along with the elders, in fulfilling the Great
Commission and obeying the Great Commandment.
b. Coordinate with the life group pastor and campus elders to implement shepherding
ministry.
2. Preaching
a. Preach regularly and be responsible for the preaching at New Life West Linn.
b. Participate in preaching meetings as applicable.
3. Equipping
a. Raise up Elders for New Life West Linn.
b. Equip and encourage Ministry Leaders at New Life West Linn.
4. Serve the whole Church as a member of the Executive Team.
5. Other responsibilities as delegated by the Senior Pastor.
