Youth Pastor

GraceWay Church has been called to love our community one neighbor at a time in order to develop fully devoted followers of Jesus. As part of the ECO Presbyterian denomination, we are following Jesus by seeking understanding from the Word of God and relying on the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Your role would be to pastor our youth (6th - 12th grade) in their
weeknight program as well as Sunday morning classes, support families along with our discipleship director, and assist with our local school outreach and annual Vacation Bible School program.

What you will do
• Plan and oversee a weeknight program with youth and volunteers
• Plan and oversee Sunday morning youth program with volunteers
• Help people step into leadership roles through recruiting, training, and discipleship
• Assist the Director of Discipleship with annual Vacation Bible School planning
• Participate in our weekly ministry at Valley View School
• Assist with other GraceWay events and activities as needed
• Attend staff meetings and one-on-ones weekly in person or online
• Occasionally you will need to climb ladders or lift up to 50lbs
