What you'll do:
- Lead, recruit, develop, and care for the volunteer tech teams at the Battle Ground Campus
- Provide high quality production support for weekend services and events at the Battle Ground Campus. This includes but is not limited to:
--Mixing Audio
--Patching audio & setting up equipment on stage
--Programming lighting
--Importing and modifying ProPresenter content
--Loading video content
--Scheduling volunteers
-Support and Resource the volunteer tech teams in Student Ministry environments. This includes but is not limited to:
--Being on-call or present during weekly student ministry events
--Creating monthly touchpoints with student ministry teams to encourage, train, provide quality control, etc.
--Scheduling volunteers
--Produce Student Ministry Camps and Conferences alongside the Central Service Production team.
-Join the central production team to assist with various projects and support tickets during the week.
-Be available to participate in Thursday worship services as needed.
-Provide production support for occasional funerals, weddings, and other miscellaneous events across our 4 campuses.
-Maintain the Equipment & Storage Spaces you operate in according to direction from the Central Production team.
Communicate clearly and effectively with Central Production Team

Skills & Experience you’ve had:
-High School Diploma or GED
-3-5 years live production experience (paid or volunteer); broadcast environments experience preferred
-Strong proficiency with Audio Mixing, audio System setup, routing audio patches and troubleshooting skills
-Experience with DANTE, Allen & Heath, and Yamaha soundboards is a plus
-Strong in leading and communication in live production experiences with multiple volunteer teams
-Strong social skills and able to lead and care for volunteer teams well
-A great coach of live production. Can develop volunteers naturally
-Willing to learn (Existing familiarity is a plus):
--Presentation Software (ProPresenter, Keynote)
--Lighting programming skills (ETC EOS, GrandMA)
--Video systems (Resolume, OnTheAirVideoExpress, etc.)
--Broadcast video equipment (Switchers, Cameras, etc.)
--Live Audio Track playback (Ableton, Multitracks Playback, etc)
