We are seeking a full-time Associate Pastor who is spiritually and emotionally healthy and is excited to use their gifts to help us make disciples both in our church and in our
community.
The man God is calling will be uniquely gifted to lead, develop, and equip leaders for family discipleship at Meadowbrook and will partner with our lead pastor to help us strengthen our discipleship pathway. They will have a heart to see men, women, and children become more like Jesus and the unique ability to build and strengthen systems, processes, and leaders towards that end.
Alongside the Lead Pastor and elders, they will give pastoral
care to the community and will also preach semi-regularly.
This role will report to the Lead Pastor.
