About the Candidate Pool:
We are seeking spiritually mature, biblically grounded, and missionally focused ministry leaders to be part of a growing candidate pool serving Church Venture Northwest churches across Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Alaska. This pool connects qualified individuals with congregations in rural, small-town, suburban, and urban contexts who are prayerfully searching for their next servant-leader.
About Church Venture Northwest:
Church Venture Northwest, formerly the Northwest Conservative Baptist Association, is an association of 242 churches spread across Alaska, Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. We are the Pacific Northwest region of Venture Church Network, formerly known as the Conservative Baptist Association of America. Ideal Candidates Will Exhibit:
A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Experience in or willingness to serve in diverse community settings.
Qualifications:
Previous ministry or leadership experience in a church setting.
Endorsement or references from a local church or denominational leaders.
