Part-Time Worship Leader/Pastor

GraceWay Church has been called to love our community one neighbor at a time in order to develop fully devoted followers of Jesus. As part of the ECO Presbyterian denomination, we are following Jesus by seeking understanding from the Word of God and relying on the
guidance of the Holy Spirit. Your role would be to prepare and lead worship for Sundays and special events. You should be called to lead people into worship while guiding and growing a volunteer team.

What you will do:
• Work with the head pastor to plan worship for each Sunday
• Work with our Audio/Visual technician to plan and prepare Sunday service
• Schedule musicians and plan sets through Planning Center
• Meet with and guide musicians to learn and grow
• Recruit and train new and interested volunteers
• Provide worship for special occasions (ie., Christmas Eve, funerals, weddings)
• Assist with other GraceWay events and activities as needed
• Attend staff meetings and one-on-ones weekly in person or online
• Occasionally you will need to climb ladders or lift up to 50lbs
