Programs Director

Pure Life Alliance (PLA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting men and women affected by problematic sexual behaviors, is seeking a visionary and organized Programs Manager to lead the development, implementation, and growth of its programs. This full-time, hybrid role offers a salary of $52,000–$55,000 per year and requires regular in-office hours at our Beaverton, OR location. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Programs Manager will ensure the effective operation of PLA’s programs through strategic planning, volunteer development, and program oversight—freeing up the Executive Director to focus on public-facing efforts such as marketing and donor engagement.

Key responsibilities include setting the vision and direction for PLA programs, overseeing annual planning and strategic growth, and working with the Executive Director and volunteer Program Directors to establish and evaluate guidelines for both in-person and virtual groups. The Programs Manager will strategize virtual group expansion, develop a marriage group model within the first three years, and cultivate a culture of support and leadership development for group leaders. This includes implementing training pipelines, casting vision for PLA’s mentor manuals, and building virtual training resources for leaders and members.

Additional duties involve collaborating on marketing strategies that elevate program visibility, identifying and engaging donors aligned with program needs, and maximizing the impact of PLA’s annual Xposed Event. The Programs Manager will also create systems to measure program outcomes and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and listening skills, technological proficiency, strategic planning abilities, and experience in program or nonprofit management. Preferred qualifications include experience in faith-based or trauma-informed settings, virtual program development, and knowledge of marketing funnels and nonprofit engagement strategies.
