Worship and Media Pastor including Young Adults

We are seeking a passionate and Spirit-led Worship Pastor to lead and develop the music and worship ministry at Bethel Baptist Church, a vibrant and growing congregation. The Worship Pastor will oversee all aspects of worship and music across the church’s ministries—including Sunday services, youth and children's programs, and special events (indoor and outdoor)—ensuring a cohesive and Christ-centered worship experience that engages all generations. In addition, the Worship Pastor will have responsibility over all aspects of media and technology for the church. Furthermore, the Worship Pastor will develop and maintain a ministry to young adults (approximately 18 to 30 years old). 




Previous pastoral experience in music and technology strongly desired. Previous pastoral experience with Young Adults helpful. A Bachelor's Degree in music or related field is required. Completeed Seminary degree or currently enrolled perferred.
