Family Pastor

Mosaic is seeking a passionate and visionary Family Pastor with a heart to shepherd, lead, and inspire the families within and around our church community. This individual will possess entrepreneurial thinking, a drive for innovative ministry approaches, and the ability to build a Christ-focused, thriving, spiritually enriching environment for families of all stages.

The Family Pastor will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive vision for family ministry that aligns with the church’s mission and values. They will oversee programs and initiatives that foster faith development, discipleship, and connection among children, youth, and parents. A key aspect of this role is the ability to delegate effectively, empowering and equipping a team of staff, volunteers, and leaders to collaboratively bring the ministry vision to life.

The ideal candidate must have a clear testimony of transforming faith in Jesus Christ and a vital, ongoing personal relationship with God. They will also be a skilled communicator, a strategic thinker, and a compassionate leader, dedicated to creating a community for families to grow together in their faith journey.

Any interested candidates must be willing to commit to a consistent spiritual and moral character and lifestyle conforming to the biblical leadership qualifications described in 1 Timothy 3:1-13 and Titus 1:6-9. They must also agree with Mosaic’s church doctrinal statement and by-laws.
