Youth and young adult pastor will be a leader who is gifted in teaching and has a passion to influence teenagers (Ages 11-18) and young adults (Ages 18-29). This pastor will be able to express and share the gospel clearly, and work well with LCC staff. They will be committed to their call to ministry and demonstrate a willingness to engage in the lives of students, their families, and young adults.
