We seek a Director of Music/Assistant Pastor of Music. The DOM is responsible for leading and overseeing the worship ministry at UCC. This role involves spiritual leadership, musical oversight, and the development
of worship teams.The Director of Music/Assistant Pastor of Music will be responsible for leading the congregation in worship through music, ensuring that worship services are spiritually vibrant, edifying, formative, and
rich. This role requires spiritual maturity, musical skill, leadership ability, and a passion for fostering Christ-centered disciples and developing a healthy culture of worship within the church.
