Seeking a full-time English Ministry Pastor who is passionate about:

Expository preaching
Discipleship and mentoring
Evangelism and outreach
Intergenerational ministry collaboration

Key Responsibilities
Sunday Worship & Teaching: Preach Christ-centered sermons, lead Bible studies, oversee worship

Discipleship & Pastoral Care: Build small groups, mentor members, provide counseling and visitation

Leadership: Guide ministry vision, develop volunteer leaders, conduct membership classes

Young Adult Ministry: Lead weekly gatherings and Sunday School

Outreach & Missions: Equip members for evangelism, build community partnerships

Church Unity: Collaborate across language ministries, participate in leadership meetings

Qualifications
Education: M.Div. from accredited evangelical seminary
Experience: 3 years pastoral experience preferred

Theological Alignment: Affirms Baptist Faith and Message.
