committed to spiritual growth and collaborative ministry. We are predominantly Asian American, with both Korean and English-speaking ministries, and we actively seek to
reflect the multiculturalism of our community. The Youth Pastor will focus on nurturing the spiritual development of our Youth Group and will work closely with our Children's,
English Ministry, and Korean Ministry pastors to strengthen our church's overall ministry.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Youth Pastor will serve as an articulate and passionate advocate for the church's vision, rooted in God's glory. This individual will provide primary leadership, teaching, and visionary direction for the spiritual growth and well-being of the Youth ministry.
Responsibilities include discipleship, preaching, and equipping the youth for service. The Youth Pastor will also collaborate closely with other ministries to foster the health and growth of the entire church community.
