Statement Of Faith:	We believe in the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments as being verbally inspired by God and completely inerrant in the original writings and of supreme and final authority in faith and life. (Matthew 5:17-18; Luke 24:27,44; John 10:35, II Timothy 3:16; II Peter 1:21) We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:18-19; Mark 12:29; John 6:27; Acts 5:3-4; Hebrews 1:8; II Corinthians 13:14) We believe that God is Spirit; that He is self-existent and that He is unlimited. We believe that He is everywhere present, all-knowing, all-powerful, and unchangeable. We believe that he is holy, right and just, good; and that He is truth. North Mountain Church, a Conservative Baptistic congregation in north Phoenix, is seeking a Lead Pastor to guide the church into its next season following the retirement of their current pastor.

Ideal Candidate:
• Biblically grounded and aligned with Conservative Baptist beliefs
• Passionate expository preacher with sound theology

• Skilled in leadership development and equipping others
• Experience in pastoral ministry and a clear call to shepherd
Qualifications:
• Testimony of faith in Jesus Christ
• Proven pastoral and leadership experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to relocate to or near north Phoenix
