Hope Community Church is looking for a relational and organized Youth & Family Ministry Director to lead programs for middle school, high school, and family discipleship initiatives. This role will shape a Christ-centered environment that engages students and equips parents.

Responsibilities:


• Lead weekly youth gatherings and Bible studies

• Plan retreats, mission trips, and outreach events

• Equip and support volunteer leaders

• Develop parent resources and family discipleship guides

• Coordinate with church leadership for ministry calendar

• Maintain safe ministry practices and documentation

Qualifications:








• Experience in youth ministry or Christian education

• Strong communication and teaching skills

• Passion for mentoring young people

• Ability to manage events and volunteers
