Worship Leader

We are seeking a leader to help our growing, multi-generational Pacific Northwest congregation engage in Christ-centered, passionate worship.

ROLE SUMMARY: Collaborate with the Senior Pastor to...
► Cultivate meaningful, God-honoring gatherings
► Plan and lead worship services and special events
► Lead and develop the worship team
► Recruit and coordinate volunteers

QUALIFICATIONS
► Salvation, believer’s baptism, and continued spiritual growth
► Humble, relational, organized, and dependable
► Able to lead across generations and diverse backgrounds
► Agreement with the Baptist Faith & Message 2000
► Musical ability (guitar or piano preferred) and experience leading worship
► Basic familiarity with worship tech (or willingness to learn)

ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITY
► This role may expand into an Associate Pastor position for called & qualified candidates
► This can come with increased responsibilities and compensation
