Church Administrator

POSITION SUMMARY
The Church Administrator provides leadership and oversight for the church's day-to-day administrative operations, communications strategy, ministry support systems, and organizational effectiveness. This role serves as a central hub connecting staff, volunteers, ministry leaders, and the congregation through clear communication, efficient systems, and healthy organizational practices.

The ideal candidate combines strong administrative and organizational skills with effective communication abilities and a passion for helping people connect more deeply with Jesus and His Church.

Required Attendance: Weekly Staff Meeting, Monthly Ministry Leadership Team Meeting, Sunday morning services, occasional staff retreats, and flexibility for evening and weekend ministry meetings and events.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administration, communications, nonprofit leadership, or related fields.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to anticipate needs.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with staff, volunteers, elders, and ministry leaders.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Planning Center, Breeze, Canva, social media platforms, and email communication tools.
- Experience with website management, graphic design, video production, or digital communications is preferred.
- Spanish language ability is helpful but not required.
