About Connect Church Silicon Valley
Connect Church began with a vision to reach the dechurched and unchurched through mutual respect, meaningful dialogue, and holistic discipleship. While we honor our Asian heritage, we are intentionally multicultural, intergenerational, and multilingual. Our heart is to remove barriers of ethnicity, age, and language so that all may experience God’s love. To help unify our community, most of our ministries are conducted in English, with translation provided when possible. We also encourage participation in native-language small groups to build stronger connections and be culturally relevant.
How to Apply
Please send a resume, cover letter, and any relevant ministry materials (personal testimony, references, etc.) to jim.chang@connectchurchsv.org. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
Compensation
We believe that those who are called to full time ministry should be treated with respect and honor. We strive to offer competitive salaries and benefits to the best of our ability. We currently model our salary after comparable compensation in the education field.
