Assistant Worship Pastor

We are seeking to fill the Assistant Worship Leader position as part of a long-term leadership development pathway. It is designed for someone with the potential to become a future Worship Leader at Calvary Church within three to five years. He will work under the direct supervision of the Worship Pastor in worship leading, developing musicians, and shepherding the worship ministry, gaining the pastoral, musical, and leadership competencies required for future ministry leadership. Progress toward worship leadership will be evaluated through musical development, team leadership, spiritual maturity, and demonstrated pastoral influence within the ministry.
