Assistant Pastor

The Assistant Pastor is responsible for leading three main areas of the church: Groups, Family Ministries, and Outreach. This person builds teams, develops leaders, and makes sure these ministries are clear, organized, and helping people grow in their faith. They are responsible for strengthening and expanding these ministries, not just maintaining them. This role also helps staff build clear pathways for volunteers to grow into leadership, and takes initiative to identify gaps in discipleship, develop plans to address them, and helps launch them once direction is established.
