Pastor of Community and Care

Working alongside the Lead Pastor, the Pastor of Community and Care will help people move beyond attending weekend gatherings into authentic community, discipleship, and ministry involvement. Through our Community Groups, weekend messages become opportunities for deeper conversation, spiritual formation, and life-on-life growth in homes. This role provides leadership, encouragement, and development for group leaders while helping church members find meaningful connections within the church family. Success in this role requires initiative, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. It also calls for sound judgment and the highest level of confidentiality when caring for people and handling sensitive information.
