Finance & Administration Pastor
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial management, budgeting, procurement, and policy compliance.
- Oversee IT systems, network infrastructure, and ministry software solutions.
- Manage church facilities and property operations.
- Supervise human resources and staff support functions.
- Partner with the Lead Pastor and/or Executive Pastor to develop operational vision and strategy.
- Lead, develop, and support the Operations team.
- Recruit, train, and oversee volunteer teams.
- Manage the Operations budget with faithful stewardship.
- Track key performance indicators and implement continuous improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading and developing teams.
- Strategic and creative thinker.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
