Grace Baptist Church of Post Falls, Idaho (http://www.gracereachingministries.com/) is looking for an experienced solo pastor with a servant’s heart, ready to reach out to a fast-growing community, grow a children's ministry, youth ministry and build a congregation of all age groups. We are a congregationally run church that is affiliated with the BMA (https://www.bmaglobal.org/). We have a predominantly retirement age congregation with a few younger families with children. Our average Sunday morning worship attendance is 50. Our building was completed in 2010 and we are debt free.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Preach and teach in an expository fashion.
• Provide Christian counsel and encouragement, participate in visitation.
• Officiate at weddings, funerals, and baptisms.
• Collaborate within our Pastor/Elder Board to identify ministry needs and plan for future growth.
• Maintain an approachable and relational spirit with an open-door policy that engages people personally.
• In all things, seek God’s guidance, His will, and unity within His body of believers.
• Agree with our recently revised Master Plan (https://account-media.s3.amazonaws.com/17983/uploaded/m/0e21053970_1776794296_master-plan.pdf)
Salary TBD based on education and experience.
