Position overview:
• Role: Cantonese Ministry Pastor, reporting to the Senior Pastor
• Key responsibilities: preaching and teaching at Sunday worship and adult Sunday school; pastoral care through visitation, counseling and new-friend follow-up; leading fellowships, small groups and prayer ministry; supporting evangelism, community outreach and missions; equipping and raising up church leaders through training and discipleship
• Qualifications: M.Div. from an evangelical seminary (or equivalent); a clear calling to pastoral ministry; the ability to preach in Cantonese with fluent spoken and written Cantonese; conversational English for working with the pastoral team; agreement with the church's statement of faith; 3+ years of pastoral experience preferred
